The annual Vertikal Days exhibition is back following a one year absence caused by the Covid pandemic. The exhibition will be the largest lifting equipment event in Europe this year and is certain to be a well-attended event.
The East of England showground in Peterborough is the venue for the Vertikal days exhibition which will provide the lifting industry with the first opportunity to view the latest products and services in person for over 18 months. The event runs for two days, on the 22nd and 23rd September and is free to attend. The latest models of tower crane, mobile crane and access equipment will be on show. Exhibitors include manufacturers such as Liebherr, Grove, Manitowoc, Potain, Genie, Niftylift and JCB, organisations such as IPAF and CPA, along with a large number of associated parts and service suppliers.
The very latest rope lubrication and Magnetic Rope Testing (MRT) equipment will be on view on Stand MP19, including the INTROS MH6-26, INTROS MH22-45 and the MASTO MWL4-35. A series of live demonstrations will be carried out to show how defects and deterioration in crane ropes can be seen in real time using hand held equipment.
TENSOLOGY personnel will be on-hand to discuss how their “rope TLC” care package allows crane owners to maximise the lifetime of their ropes and prevent unnecessary change-outs.
