Following a recent audit from UKAS accredited certification body TÜV UK, the quality management system followed by TENSOLOGY has been certified to ISO 9001:2015.
TENSOLOGY are pleased to announce the certification of their Quality Management System to BS EN ISO 9001:2015. The scope of the certification covers “Testing, installation and maintenance of steel wire ropes and sales of associated equipment and spare parts”. After a rigorous audit process by UKAS accredited certification body TÜV UK, no non-conformities were identified.
The company are well known for their specific wire rope expertise and working within the QMS will help to ensure that customers continue to receive the best quality service available.
Responding to news of the successful certification, TENSOLOGY Managing Director Barrie Mordue said “TENSOLOGY are staffed by experienced and respected wire rope professionals and offer market leading wire rope service and products, however this is not enough on its own and we are always looking at ways we can improve. The company now has the processes in place to ensure that our offering continues to evolve in a controlled and managed way.
